Now that we know you are interested in L’Arche, a representative will contact you via email in the coming week. This person will invite you to complete their community-specific application process which will involve a written application, background check, and in-person interviews.

How should I prepare?

While we mostly just want you to be yourself, there are a few things you can do to prepare for a L’Arche interview:
