Now that we know you are interested in L’Arche, a representative may contact you via email in the coming week. This person will invite you to complete their community-specific application process which will involve a written application, background check, and in-person interviews.
How should I prepare?
While we mostly just want you to be yourself, there are a few things you can do to prepare for a L’Arche interview:
- Discover more about L’Arche online via community websites and social media profiles.
- Learn more about the disability community and familiarize yourself with some basic disability language.
